Cancellation & Refund Policy
IT Solutions 4 India is committed to delivering powerful and scalable digital communication solutions including Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Marketing, Voice Broadcasting, and IVR Systems. We value transparency and strive to ensure client satisfaction in every service we provide.
Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before availing of any service. By engaging with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. General Terms
- Cancellation Requests: Must be submitted in writing to support@itsolutions4india.com.
- Refund Eligibility: Based on service type and usage status. Executed services or used credits are non-refundable.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment mode within the stipulated time.
2. Service-Specific Policy
2.1 Bulk SMS & Voice Broadcasting
- Used credits are non-refundable.
- Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 7 days if:
- No campaigns initiated.
- Delivery failures due to our technical issues.
- No refunds for:
- Invalid numbers or DND filtered contacts.
- User-side errors like content rejections or blacklisting.
2.2 WhatsApp Marketing
- Once a campaign is live or credits used, no refund is issued.
- 50% refund if canceled within 48 hours before execution.
- No refunds for rejection by WhatsApp API providers due to content or policy violations.
2.3 IVR Services
- Setup fees are non-refundable.
- Monthly subscription: 50% refund if canceled within 5 days and no live calls made.
- No refund after 5 days or for annual plans post-setup.
3. Website Development (If Applicable)
- 90% refund before project start (admin costs deducted).
- 50% refund after design phase approval.
- No refund after development phase begins.
- Hosting/domain charges are non-refundable.
4. Refund Timeline & Processing
- Refunds processed within 10–15 business days.
- Gateway and bank charges are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds deducted with admin/processing fees.
5. Force Majeure
Refunds are not guaranteed in events beyond our control (natural disasters, bans, tech failures), though alternate solutions will be attempted.
6. No-show & Inactivity
- Orders with no client input or approvals within 15 days will be closed with no refund.
- Inactivity or late responses from clients are non-refundable.
7. Amendments to Bookings
Post-confirmation edits may incur charges and are subject to feasibility and approval.
8. Cancellation Charges
15% administrative cancellation fee applies to any approved refund in addition to used service costs.
